Ways to transitioning newcomers into service
How to collaborate between seeker response, local, regional and national on such efforts

Focused on finding receptive souls digitally, then pairs each person with the right event host.
Builds a friendship, shares the fundamentals of the Baha'i Faith directly, and helps each person find a way to begin serving.
Fireside Library is a free, open collection of written texts for two-hour group conversations about the Baha'i Faith. Each weaves questions, commentary and quotes from the writings and assumes no prior knowledge.
The are meant to be printed so everyone holds a copy, giving the group a shared path through the subject rather than a wandering conversation.
Town Crier is a communication hub for a Baha'i community. Event organizers manage events and share news in one place, so secretaries and their assistants can send out a weekly email newsletter without piecing it together by hand.
Members get a private site where they can see what's coming up, reminders go out by text, and public events show up on the community's website automatically.
It also keeps a basic record of inbound inquiries, so a community can see who has reached out and where each seeker stands in the life of the community.
Astro Builder is a website builder for local Baha'i communities. An AI design tools to build a modern site. The community adds photos and what makes it unique, and the tool guides a non-technical user through the rest.
From there the community iterates on the site themselves. Any administrator can fix a link or update a schedule, and the site rebuilds with the change applied, the convenience of a CMS without one to maintain.
The result is a static site that costs nothing to host, and a shared resource the whole community keeps current, with one person holding the key to publish.
